Availability and confirmation

A website enquiry does not reserve a room. A booking is confirmed only after VP Nest confirms the studio, date, duration, price, payment requirement and applicable terms in writing.

Indicative pricing

Website prices are indicative and may vary by date, studio, floor, view, amenities and availability. The final rate is confirmed on WhatsApp before payment.

Guest verification

Valid government-issued photo identification and compliance with applicable law, adult-age requirements, property rules and building policies may be required.

Payment

Guests should pay only through the payment method and amount confirmed by the official booking team. Do not rely on unverified payment links or third-party requests. Review our payment-safety guidance before paying.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Applicable cancellation, refund or rescheduling conditions depend on the confirmed booking and notice period. Review them before payment.

Property variation

Studio, floor, view, balcony, furnishing and amenities may vary. Request current photos and obtain written confirmation of any essential requirement.

Guest conduct and damage

Guests must respect property, building and safety rules. The guest may be responsible for verified damage, prohibited activity or excess cleaning caused during the stay.
